We have literally millions of archived negatives and hundreds of thousands of digital images from all over the United States. If you'd like to find a photo of your property, please follow these instructions.
To help us determine if we have a photo of your property, please do the following:
- In the light blue bar above the Google map, click on the <<'s to expand the map area.
- You can type your address into the search box and Google maps will automatically zoom to your location.
- Click the "Send" icon in the light blue bar above the map.
- In the "To" box type (without the quotes) "customerservice@scenicconcepts.com"
- In the "From" box type your email address - without this we cannot contact you.
- In the "Message" box, please include the following:
Your Name,
Your Street Address,
Your Daytime Phone Number,
a Description of your House/Farm/Property
and any other pertinent information - often Google maps will be off a bit in it's locations, so if that happens to you let us know - i.e. "our house is a block down from the marker on the map" or any other landmarks, buildings that will help us find your property.
- Hit the "Send" button and another small screen will open asking you to match the letters displayed - sometimes these can be hard to read, so if it doesn't work the first time, try again - when you have successfully matched the letters you will get a notice that your email was successfully sent.
- We will make every effort to get back to you within 5 working days (M-F)
- Please note: There is a non-refundable $15.00 research fee associated with this service.We must receive payment before the research will begin.
We will accept payment either via check through the regular mail or we can contact you for your credit card information. Please let us know how you would like to pay in the "Message" section mentioned above.
